The short version
ScheduleMaxer shares your profile and posted blocks with other students. Treat that information as public. Articulator Baser processes scans and label text locally on your computer; those files and labels are not included in usage tracking.
Who runs this
Max Mendelson. This site is a personal side project — it's not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any school or institution.
What goes in
- Your name and student ID (S#).
- Your phone number, if you choose to give one. It's optional.
- A PIN you pick. The PIN itself isn't stored — your browser hashes it (PBKDF2 / SHA‑256) before sending anything to the database.
- Any blocks you post and any notes you attach to them.
Where it goes
- Everything above is stored in a Google Firebase database I control.
- Your name, S#, any phone number you provide, and every block you post are visible to everyone else using the site. That's how the exchange works.
- Your current profile is cached in your browser so you stay signed in. Your PIN and its hash are not cached locally.
- Anti-bot protection uses Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects standard device/browser signals to tell humans from scripts. See Google's privacy policy.
Articulator Baser usage counts
Baser sends limited usage counts to my Google Firebase project so I can see whether the app is useful and whether importing and exporting work. A separate, randomly assigned browser ID estimates unique and returning browsers. It is not linked to a student account.
- Collected: a random browser ID and session ID, session start and last activity times, approximate active seconds, and counts of successful or failed imports and exports, export attempts, text changes applied, and pattern changes.
- Not collected by Baser usage tracking: scans, model geometry, filenames, label text, screenshots, student IDs, names, contact details, precise location, page URLs, or raw error messages. Scans and generated STL files remain on your computer.
- Counts are stored in Firebase. Database rules restrict reading usage records to the site owner’s verified account. Hosting, Firebase authentication, and reCAPTCHA still process normal connection and anti-abuse information under Google’s policies.
- You can turn off Share anonymous usage counts in Baser’s Settings. Baser also respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Turning it off stops future counts; it does not remove counts already sent.
- Blocking storage or network requests can reduce counts. Clearing browser data starts a new anonymous identity. The dashboard displays the last 7, 30, or 90 days; this display window is not an automatic deletion schedule.
ScheduleMaxer also stores sign-in session times so the existing admin panel can show usage frequency and recent activity.
What I don't do
I don't sell your data or use advertising trackers. The PerioMaxer link is a plain link to the App Store.

- Don't put sensitive information into ScheduleMaxer profiles, notes, or posts.

Removing your stuff
Remove any block you posted from the My Blocks tab. Sign out from the Account tab to clear the cache on a device. To delete your profile entirely, reach out to Max directly.
